What's really great about BF is not just the standard of the treatments and the way that you and the team deliver them, but also the little things that other places forget about - so that making appts is easy, you always follow up answerphone messages really promptly, and when you suggest another treatment or product, I know its genuine and not just a sell. The main reason I like coming to your clinic is that fact that all the staff is very down to earth, you are approachable and explain treatments and what the benefits of them would be for the individual in a way that we can understand. I liked the fact when I had my first Brazilian, that you made the experience not so daunting with offering me a glass of wine. I had expected one every time I have come since – but I suppose that is pushing it a bit!!! It is great having a good laugh and a chat every time you come rather that forced conversation like I have had at many other clinics.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, value for money - those are the reasons I love your salon!

I am a regular customer of Beauty First and would not consider going to any other salon. The staff are friendly and attentive and always ready to offer advice on treatments.

I can highly recommend their microdermabration treatments and facials, they are wonderful and make your skin feel smooth and look vibrant. I also recommend their spray tans which give you a very healthy sun kissed look.
