Hello Hayley
It is now three weeks since I had my Derma Filla treatment around my mouth and jaw line and the Botox treatment for the two frown lines between my eyebrows. I am absolutely thrilled with the results which are so natural and enlivening to the whole face without any evidence that I have had “something done”.
I am just told that I am looking GREAT. No one knows I have had any treatments (not even my husband) which I think proves how natural the results are. The bruising only lasted a week and I could see it fading daily. It was easily covered with foundation.
I would be happy to speak to any of your clients who are considering having either treatments; I had a “can’t believe I am doing this” feeling but felt totally confident as Tori Wells from Facial Rejuvenation went through the whole procedure in detail. She was particular to make everything comfortable and has a lovely personality.

What's really great about BF is not just the standard of the treatments and the way that you and the team deliver them, but also the little things that other places forget about - so that making appts is easy, you always follow up answerphone messages really promptly, and when you suggest another treatment or product, I know its genuine and not just a sell. Plus the Wotif emails, which is just such a brilliant and innovative idea and always welcome. I've recommended you to loads of people!

The main reason I like coming to your clinic is that fact that all the staff is very down to earth, you are approachable and explain treatments and what the benefits of them would be for the individual in a way that we can understand. I liked the fact when I had my first Brazilian, that you made the experience not so daunting with offering me a glass of wine. I had expected one every time I have come since – but I suppose that is pushing it a bit!!! It is great having a good laugh and a chat every time you come rather that forced conversation like I have had at many other clinics.

I am a regular customer of Beauty First and would not consider going to any other salon. The staff are friendly and attentive and always ready to offer advice on treatments.
I can highly recommend their microdermabration treatments and facials, they are wonderful and make your skin feel smooth and look vibrant. I also recommend their spray tans which give you a very healthy sun kissed look.
